Practices of ancestor reverence were once found in nearly every culture across the globe. Many of these traditions were disrupted or lost through colonization, forced assimilation, and the destruction of Earth honoring cultures. For many of us, hundreds—if not thousands—of years have passed since ancestor reverence, beyond funeral rites, was part of everyday life.

This is not mediumship, channeling, or a psychic reading. It is a guided ritual process for developing a direct relationship with your own kind, loving, well, and wise ancestral guides. Ancestral Healing is available to everyone, regardless of background, belief system, or spiritual experience.

Sessions are held in a sacred container for ritual safety and protection, whether online or in person. To support that container, the process moves through a thoughtful sequence that may include body awareness, guided visualization or journey work, and gratitude. This work is not rooted in any single faith, culture, or spiritual tradition. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own spiritual foundation, questions, skepticism, caution, or curiosity into the process.
