Ancestral Healing Session

Service Description

Ancestral Healing is a practice rooted in the understanding that our ancestors are not only part of our past but also present today, influencing the well-being, beliefs, and patterns in our personal lives, families, and culture. This work invites us to recognize and honor the gifts of our ancestors and repair wounds or disruptions that may have been inherited and passed down over time. In general, for those new to the work, the initial session is 1.5 hours, which allows us to complete the lineage assessment of your four primary lines. The remaining sessions are 1 hour, guiding you through the subsequent healing steps for repair. My framework is heart-centered, embodied, culturally inclusive and welcoming of people of all backgrounds and beliefs. I am informed by my connection with my own ancestors, reverence for the living, Inter-faith liberation theology, and the certification of the Ancestral Medicine Network.
